KNOCKOUT PUNCH - VIRIATOVITCH CHESS

Tanto Mestre, tanto software e tanta asneira !
As recentes análises erradas efectuadas pela http://www.chessbase.com

"Morozevich,A (2788) - Kramnik,V (2788) [D45]
Tal Memorial Moscow RUS (3), 20.08.2008

1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.e3 e6 5.Nf3 Nbd7 6.Qc2 Bd6 7.g4 Nxg4 8.Rg1 Nxh2 9.Nxh2 Bxh2 10.Rxg7 Nf8 11.Rg2 Bd6 12.e4

12...Ng6 N (apparently the novelty)

13.Bg5 Be7?! This must be home analysis, but it is unclear to us why it is better than 13...f6.

14.Bxe7 Qxe7 15.0-0-0 dxe4 16.Nxe4 f5 17.Nd2 c5 18.dxc5 Bd7 19.b4 0-0-0 20.Rg3 e5
21.Rd3 Be6?!
22.Ra3 a6 23.c6 bxc6
24.c5 Qg5? After some promising moments the game has gone badly for Kramnik.
Now he give Morozevich a free hand to attack.

25.Rxa6 (threatening 26.Qa4 with a forced mate)

25...Kd7 26.Bc4 Bxc4 27.Qxc4 Ne7 28.Kc2 Ke8 29.Nf3 Qf6 30.Rd6 Rxd6 31.cxd6
The multiple threats cannot be met.
1-0."

O comentário à partida do GM Vladimir Kramnik, em entrevista ao GM Robert Fontaine da "Europe Echecs":

VLADIMIR KRAMNIK

"I should not have lost this game against Morozevich.
Basically I just lost it in one move.
I played an inaccurate move Be6 and after Ra3, I could resign completely, there is no defence.
It is a very unpleasant way to lose, basically making just one inaccuracy."
